Demolition, metal containers back at Transfer Station

NEW SALEM — Demolition and metal containers are back at the Transfer Station.

People are asked to check in with the Transfer Station attendant regarding what they are disposing of and to understand there are fees involved. With questions, email nsboardofhealth@gmail.com.

People are also asked to secure their loads of trash and recycling before leaving home because roadside litter has been increasing in the town due to “blow-off” from unsecured loads.
