Michael Morin, 40, High St., Greenfield. Found guilty on one count of assault and battery on a family/household member, two and a half years House of Correction, 1 year direct, balance suspended 1 year, placed on probation until 8/7/20, SA eval, MH eval, follow directions, no drugs/alcohol, screens for same, CBIP attend and complete, stay 100 yards away from/no contact with victim.

Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed upon request of the Commonwealth. Malicious destruction of property under $1200, found guilty, same conditions as above, concurrent.

Cammy D. Thurber, 43, Prospect St., Orange. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed upon request of the Commonwealth.
