Bulletin board: Bonnett, Seymour top Timmons-Messer League

The duo of David Bonnett and Jeff Seymour shot 39 to snag low gross honors at Wednesday’s Timmons-Messer League played at Northfield Golf Club. Seymour was match medalist with a 39, followed by Walt Sanieski’s 40.

After a match of cards, Bob Moco and Brian Tietze took second with a 40. Low net winners were Doug Field and Tom Chabot (28), followed by Jeff Holmes and Dennis O’Rourke (29).

Tom Almstead was closest to the pin on No. 6 (18-5) and Nate Pecor was closest at No. 7 (6-4).

Thomas Memorial Women’s League

Jane Smith fired a 43 to earn low gross honors at the Thomas Memorial Women’s League on Wednesday in Turners Falls.

Cynthia Marchand had the low net of the day with a 29. MaryEllen Fydenkevez was closest to the pin on No. 7 at 7 feet, 1 inch.

Denny's: Wesley Darling (triple, double), Parker Gerry (double), Phillip Brodeur (double), Jackson Puchalski (triple), Xaviay Reynolds (struck out the side for the win).
