Greenfield, May 16

11:12 a.m. — Motor vehicle was repossessed at Brown Motors Auto Sales, 397 Federal St.

1:16 p.m. — Hypodermic needles were found at a path near General Pierce Bridge on Montague City Road. 

4:16 p.m. — Report of a black and white medium-sized dog without a collar behaving aggressively near Place Terrace and Wells Street. Police did not find any dogs on the premises. 

4:26 p.m. — Report of a suspicious male “hanging around” and sitting on a porch near Franklin and Maple streets. 

Montague, May 16

4:52 p.m. — Car crashed into a barn on her neighbor’s property on Sunderland Road. No injuries. 

4:58 p.m. — Phone scam reported; individual said scammer deposited money into her bank account. Police advised her of her options.
