Letter: Supporting Wainstein

If you live in Precinct 5, Greenfield, and you are a registered voter, on Tuesday, April 15, you have a wonderful opportunity to participate in local democracy at the Grange on Chapman Street.

Precinct 5 is having a primary election for town councilor among three candidates. The top two vote-getters move on to the full election in June.

I am putting my support behind Rob Wainstein. Rob was my law partner for many years. I enjoyed working with Rob, as he is trustworthy, smart, has common sense, is a good listener and is very thoughtful. He worked hard for our clients, in a manner that combined intense preparation and focus with innate sensitivity to people and their problems. He brought skills to the community as evidenced by his role as president of the New England Learning Center for Women in Transition. He will demonstrate those skills by implementing our new Master Plan in a manner consistent with the values of our rural-based economy. He will bring to the council a voice of reason.

Please, Precinct 5 registered voters, get out and vote for Rob on Tuesday.

DAVID SINGER

current Precinct 5 councilor

Greenfield
