Letter: Happy to support Isaac
As a former town councilor, town council president and chairman of the Finance Committee, I had the pleasure of working with Isaac Mass for six years. During that time, I saw firsthand how dedicated he is to the town of Greenfield and how hard he works to improve all of our lives. I strongly support his candidacy for councilor-at-large in the June election.
One of his key qualifications is his ability to build consensus. In a town that is divided over so many issues, wouldn’t you like to have a councilor who is a team builder and knows how to mediate compromise and find common ground?
I believe that he has the leadership skills to rally this town around the goal of creating new opportunities for entrepreneurship in Greenfield. He has a vision of turning our town into a thriving, vibrant, exciting place, and he has the skills to help make that happen. Isaac is also committed to building excellence in Greenfield’s school system.
His position on our schools is clear: we need exceptional schools to help make our town strong. He has promised to make this a top priority — a promise I believe he can and will keep.
Finally, he has demonstrated his support for strong public safety and for increased involvement in public health — especially the crisis with opiates in our community. His voice on this issue is loud and clear, and I think he has the ability to help the Town Council become involved in addressing this issue.
I believe Isaac Mass is the person we need to help Greenfield come together to make all this happen. The election will probably be decided by just a handful of votes, so your vote really does count. Please vote for Isaac Mass on June 10.
