Shannon Witschi, 44, of Central Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, amended from operating under the influence of drugs, and being the owner of, or person in control of a motor vehicle, who knowingly permitted such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed, or whose license had been suspended or revoked, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/5/14 for pre trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Micah S. Purinton, 33, of Winchester, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended license, and being an operator refusing to identify him or her self, in Northfield, by Erving Police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/15/14 for pretrial conference.

Diana Terrill, 48, of Union Street, Shelburne Falls. Found responsible for shoplifting, at Good Spirits Liquor Shop, fined $100, or may do community service in lieu of fine.

Ashley Fortin, 22, of High Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, must have no abuse of the alleged victim, continued to 5/5/14 for pre trial conference.

Willow R. Herzig, 22, of Elm Street, South Deerfield. Placed on pre trial probation until 9/17/14 for possession of Class A drug, to wit, heroin residue, must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to random testing/screens at discretion of probation office.

Brandon L. Dickinson, 29, listed as homeless, of Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/24/14 for pre trial conference.

Heather L. Rapoza, 23, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/5/14 for pre trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service.

Christopher M. Kenny, 46, of Brooklyn, N.Y. Found responsible for speeding, in Deerfield, fined $70. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Thomas E. Senn, 54, of Wendell Road, Millers Falls. Pleaded innocent to uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal identification, and violation of miscellaneous municipal ordinance or by law, to wit, failure to use care in stopping, starting, turning or backing, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/22/14 for pre trial conference.

Richard Santor, 41, of Dummerston, Vt. Pleaded innocent to being present where heroin is kept, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, in Bernardston by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/28/14 for pre trial conference.

Rebecca S. Clogston, 52, of Bayberry Court, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to breaking into a depository, and larceny under $250, at Sandri Stop Smart, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/1/14 for pre trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Matthew A. Mogelinski, 20, of North County Road, Leyden. Pleaded innocent to unsafe operation of a snow or recreational vehicle, operating with suspended license, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and receiving stolen property, in Shelburne, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/29/14 for pre trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Gary M. Gauthier, 34, of Brester Road, Conway. Pleaded innocent to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield, operating with suspended license, speeding and failure to stop for police, in Greenfield, bail set at $100 cash, by agreement, and posted, continued to 5/20/14 for pre trial conference.
