Crystal Vieu, 28, of Bayberry Court, Greenfield. Charge of being the owner of, or person in control of a motor vehicle, who knowingly permitted such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed, or whose license had been suspended or revoked, to be dismissed on payment of $25 court costs.

Michael Cooper, 48, of Hartford, Conn. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, fined $100 and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil complaint. Found not responsible for no license in possession.

Walter L. Clark III, 66, of Lake Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, and marked lane violation, in Gill by state police, must have no alcohol, subject to random testing, and no operating of a motor vehicle until the case is settled, continued to 4/17/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $450 legal counsel contribution.

Ezekiel Heter-Wegscheider, 20, of Union Street, Buckland. Pleaded innocent to disturbing the peace, assault, and disorderly conduct, released on personal recognizance, must have no abuse of the alleged victim, continued to 4/17/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Anthony J. Yukl, 22, of French King Highway, Gill. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, in Greenfield, bail set at $100, continued to 4/4/14 for pretrial conference.

Jacob Bassett, 29, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for possession of class A drug, to wit, heroin, but continued without a finding until 3/4/16, with $90 victim witness assessment, must continue counseling, and must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to random testing/screens; restitution yet to be determined. Admitted to sufficient facts for larceny under $250, placed on probation until 3/4/16. Charge of possession of class B drug, to wit, amphetamines, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Defendant was to be enrolled in the 14 day inpatient drug and alcohol education program, by 12/18/13, on a case in which the complaint was filed on 9/13/2013, and pay the fee of $1050. Must pay $50 default warrant fee. Must pay default warrant arrest fee of $75, to Greenfield Police Department.

Eric Scott, 32, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for possession of class A drug, to wit, heroin, but continued without a finding until 3/5/15, with victim witness assessment of $50. And Must have substance abuse evaluation, and take any follow up treatment recommended by probation. Must have no drugs and subject to screens. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $150 legal counsel contribution. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Amy L. Sanderson, 57, of Stage Road, South Deerfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, but continued without a finding until 3/4/16, with two year loss of license, or until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program and pay the fee of $567.22. Must have an interlocking device applied to his vehicle after reinstatement of license. Must have mental health evaluation according to state law, and take any after care recommended. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Miguel Rivera, 32, of Holyoke. Admitted to sufficient facts for conspiracy to violate drug laws, in Greenfield by state police, but continued without a finding until 3/5/15, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must have substance abuse evaluation, and take any follow up treatment recommended by probation, must continue counseling as recommended, must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to random testing/screens, and $839 is to be forfeited. Found responsible for violation of state highway traffic regulations, fined $20. Found not responsible for charges of marked lane violation, and violation of left lane restriction. Charge of possession of class A drug, to wit, heroin with intent to distribute, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Cody W. Jobst, 21, of Spruce Corner Road, Ashfield. Pleaded innocent to vandalizing property, malicious destruction of property over $250 value, and vandalizing a historic marker/monument, in Ashfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/22/14 for pretrial conference.

Leon C. Tuthill, 21, of Plainfield. Pleaded innocent to vandalizing property, malicious destruction of property over $250 value, and vandalizing a historic marker/monument, in Ashfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/29/14 for pretrial conference.

Alexander J. Miller, 22, of Spruce Corner Road, Ashfield. Pleaded innocent to vandalizing property, malicious destruction of property over $250 value, and vandalizing a historic marker/monument, in Ashfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/22/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

David Sessions, 35, of Jacksonville stage Road, Heath. Pleaded innocent to speeding, and operating with suspended license, in Colrain, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/8/14 for pretrial conference.

Oscar Barajas Salazar, 33, of Elm Street, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage, in Whately by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/17/14 for pretrial conference.

Daniel M. Sachse, 34, of Phillips Street. Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to malicious destruction of property over $250 value, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/22/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Nicholas M. Berniche, 24, of Winchester, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, and speeding, in Northfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/17/14 for pretrial conference.

Joel R. Gouin, 28, of Washington, Vt. Pleaded innocent to possession of class A drug, to wit, heroin, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation, marked lane violation, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and assault and battery on a police officer, in Whately by state police, bail set at $2,000 cash or $20,000 surety, continued to 3/20/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Gabriel Zahner, 26, of South Shelburne Road, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to malicious damage to a motor vehicle, released on personal recognizance, must have no abuse of the alleged victim, must stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim and the same distance away from the residence of the alleged victim, continued to 4/15/14 for pretrial conference.
