John Hume, 20, of White Pond Road, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, in Orange. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 4/5/18 with victim-witness assessment of $50, and restitution of $50. Charges of vandalizing property, and trespassing were dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.
