Stephen E. Arsenault Jr., 26, of K Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to violation of harassment prevention order, in Montague. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no drugs, subject to screens, and must respond daily to the probation office. Continued to 10/6/17 for pretrial conference.

Sommer H. Cortes, 19, of Pray Drive, Greenfield. Charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Jaclyn H. Kidd, 32, of Bray Road, Buckland. Charge of using a motor vehicle without authority in Colrain. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs, and it was paid this date. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and it, too, was paid this date.

Christopher M. Sheperd, 21, of Main Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Northfield. To be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charges of unregistered motor vehicle, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Yvia M. Walker, 23, of Garfield Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, marked lanes violation, and violation of state highway traffic regulations in Deerfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 11/1/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Tony Carr, 40, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance, must stay 100 yards away from a specified location on Fourth Street, but can get belongings with a police officer along. A C276, section 56A form, was filed by the Commonwealth, and an allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A, was found. Continued to 11/1/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Nathan Cheney, 24, of Hillcrest Drive, Bernardston. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent in Greenfield, and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 9/12/18, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Dylan T. Fournier, 26, of State Street, Shelburne Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and it was paid this date. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, and operating with suspended registration, both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
