Janiqua K. Wright, 21, of Richmond, Va. Pleaded innocent to trafficking in 0.36 grams or more or less than 100 grams of cocaine, trafficking in 100 grams or more, or less than 200 grams of heroin/morphine/opium, conspiracy to violate drug laws, number plate violation to conceal identification, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Deerfield by state police. Bail set at $50,000 cash, or $500,000 surety. Continued to 9/7/17 for bind over hearing.

Fitzroy G. Gayle, 54, of Hadley. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, placed on probation until 2/8/18, but must have no driving without a license. Found not responsible for being an operator sending/reading an electronic message. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until 8/7/18 with all the same conditions as in count one. Found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and open container of marijuana in a vehicle. Jeffrey Trainor, 32, of Ludlow. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense in Whately by state police. Fined $400, plus $100 surfine. Pleaded guilty to carrying a dangerous weapon, to wit, a double-edged knife, sentenced to 18 months in the house of correction, suspended. Placed on probation until 8/9/18. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens, and must have a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, with intent to distribute cocaine. Sentenced to the same 18 months in the house of correction, suspended. Placed on probation until 8/9/18 with same conditions as in the previous count. Charge of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for failure to signal, and speeding. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must perform eight hours a month community service, in lieu of $65 a month probation supervision fee.
