Joel D. Craig, 41, of Vienna, Maine. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Deerfield. Fined $50 and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation.

Molly J. Jackson, 24, of Hoosac Road, Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on a person 60 or over with injury. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/27/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Eric R. McGee, 32, of Charlotte, Vt. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police. Fined $100, to be paid by 3/2/18. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine. Fined $100, and also to be paid by 3/2/18. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Christopher J. Dejoy, 40, of Pierce Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, two charges of failure to drive in the right lane, and one of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/28/18 for pretrial conference.

Christina Chin, 40, of Bank Row, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a blunt object, assault and battery on family/household member, and malicious destruction of property over $250 value. Released on personal recognizance, must stay 100 yards away from and have no contact with a named alleged victim, and the only contact with the alleged victim can be by text message regarding the child. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. Allegation of abuse under Chapter 276, Section 56A was found. Continued to 3/27/18 for pretrial conference.

Erik M. Marrier, 33, of Burlington, Vt. Placed on pretrial probation until 10/27/18 for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police and must continue treatment. Placed on pretrial probation until 10/23/18 for possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, and second charge of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, suboxone, with same conditions in both charges as in count one. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. Must pay a one-time $100 probation supervision fee.

Yesmine Shiffert, 20, of Williston, Vt. Placed on pretrial probation until 10/23/18 for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended by probation department. Placed on pretrial probation until 10/23/18 for possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, with same conditions as in count one. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Nancy R. Thorne-Thompson, 45, of Solar Way, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Shelburne to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs by 3/2/18. Found not responsible for rate of speed exceeding the posted limit.

Michael A. Carpenetti, 57, of Standish Court, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for failure to stop/yield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Sean M. Martineau, 44, of Gunn Street, Gill. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/1/18 for pretrial conference.

Michael D. Hutchinson Jr. 39, of Laurel Street, Athol. Charge of assault and battery on family/household member was dismissed, without prejudice, from lack of evidence for trial. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jean C. Ortiz, 26, of East River Street, Orange. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a lit cigarette, and indecent exposure, were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the Commonwealth cannot prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt at this time. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Robin K. Davis-Phillips, 33, of Juniper Court, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to improper use of a credit card under $250, larceny under $250, and receiving a stolen credit card. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/26/18 for pretrial conference. Must perform 16 hours community service in lieu of legal counsel fee.

Dorian D. Johnson, 24, of East Hartford, Conn. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Bernardston by state police. Fined $50, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Found not responsible for violation of state highway traffic regulations.

Daniel J. Ellis, 28, of Kratt Avenue, Buckland. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent in Greenfield by state police. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 1/23/19, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, plus operating under the influence fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, and head-injury assessment of $250. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, but the fee of $726.80 is waived in his case. Must comply with the Family Drug Court. Found not responsible for no license in possession, failure to signal, and rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Brittany L. Morrison, 28, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to disturbing the peace, malicious destruction of property under $250 value, and resisting arrest, in Montague. Crystal M. Cummings, 37, of Pierce Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to being the owner of, or the person in control of, a motor vehicle, did knowingly permit such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed or whose license had been suspended or revoked to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification, and uninsured motor vehicle to be dismissed on payment of count one.
