Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class C drug, to wit, 36 bottles, (600MG) of THC oil with intent to distribute, and possessing a Class D drug, to wit, marijuana with intent to distribute in Deerfield by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/23/18 for pretrial conference.

Jarrod E. Larhette, 31, of Miles Street, Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 4/12/18 for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, with order not to drive unless the license is reinstated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and must pay the $175 owed in fees. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation.

Nancy A. Zabka, 60, of Eastern Avenue, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to making annoying telephone calls or electronic communications. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/23/18 for pretrial conference.

Jalen W. Sanders, 19, of Birchwood Circle, Millers Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, and no license in possession in Erving. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/23/18 for pretrial conference.

Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, motor vehicle lights violation, no license in possession. and no inspection sticker. Michael J. Tolman, 25, of Hubbardston. Charge of intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official in Erving was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, (they) do not have jurisdiction to prosecute this in district court; (they) will proceed on the remaining charges. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, oxycodone, and being an arrestee furnishing a false name or Social Security number to a police officer in Erving. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/13/18 for a bind-over hearing. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Jack M. Cohen, 32, of Amherst. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Erving dismissed on request of the Commonweath. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker, and no registration in possession.

Joseph Guenette Jr., 60, of Wellesley Street, Athol. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification in Orange dismissed on request of the Commonweath.

Richard F. Doble, 24, of Westmoreland, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Athol by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/13/18 for pretrial conference.

Trina R. McNabb, 20, of Main Street, orange. Pleaded innocent to failure to stop/yield, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/2/18 for pretrial conference.

Kenneth M. Greene, 37, of Davis Turn Road, Wendell. Found responsible for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Athol by state police. Fined $100, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Patricia A. Burbine, 53, of East River Street, Orange. Found responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation in Erving. Fined $150, plus $5 surfine. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, dismissed on request of the Commonweath.

Allison Wood, 24, of Chicopee, Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor, or 0.08 percent in Erving. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 1/11/19, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, plus operating under the influence fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, and head-injury assessment of $250. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonweath. Found not responsible for marked lane violation, motor vehicle lights violation, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Joseph M. LaMarche, 35, of Marble Street, Athol. Found responsible for shoplifting, at Ocean State Job Lot in Athol. Filed with defendant’s consent, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.

Angel Alberto Cosme, 22, of Lilac Court, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, and two charges of vandalizing property. Bail set at $500 cash, or $5,000 surety. Continued to 3/5/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Candace L. Maguire, 19, of Second Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, suboxone, and using a false I.D. card, or misusing a liquor identification card, or license in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, and continued to 3/5/18 for pretrial conference. Must perform 16 hours community service in lieu of legal counsel fee.
