One fall morning, Warwick photographer Tom Wyatt carried his equipment out to a millpond in Tully. Long fascinated by the abstract arrangements of ripples and reflections in water, window glass and other reflective surfaces, Wyatt was on a hunt for new images. He knew from experience that ordinarily, at around 9 a.m., the sun would illuminate the trees but the pond would still be in shadow, making it a perfect reflective surface.
