Stephanie Dennis, 20, of West Main Street, Orange. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Must pay $50 default warrant fee.

Orange, May 1,Judge David S. Ross

Ernest Frobese, 26, of Coombs Avenue, Orange. Pleaded innocent to being a sex offender failing to register, released on personal recognizance, but the commonwealth filed a motion to revoke bail for committing a new crime; it was allowed and bail was revoked up to 90 days, and case continued to 6/19/17.

Adrion I. Watt, 44, of Springfield. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police, amended down from possession to distribute, to be dismissed on payment of victim witness assessment of $50, must forfeit $240, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens. Pleaded guilty to failure to stop for police, filed with defendant’s consent, until 6/9/17. Found responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, fined $100. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, and uninsured motor vehicle, all dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Carlos Oyola, 32, of Union Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, Ecstasy, fined $400, plus $50 surfine, and victim witness assessment of $50, Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, both dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Adam V. Callahan, 50, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Charge of operating with suspended registration, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, paid today. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Marc J. Janvrin, 48, of Salisbury. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, but continued without a finding until 5/1/18, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victim-assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Charge of operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant is pleading to negligent operation of a motor vehicle; that plea will sufficiently resolve this matter. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Armando Leone Jr., 53, of Cape Coral, Fla. Pleaded innocent to vandalizing property, and setting fire on another’s land, released on personal recognizance, and must stay away from Big Y Plaza in Greenfield, continued to 6/7/17 for pretrial conference.

Timothy W. McMahon, 22, of Shelburne Road, Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 11/2/17, for intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, and assault and battery on family/household member, and must stay away from and have no contact with the victim. Must attend and complete the Karuna Recovery program. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Ralph L. Liburd, 43, of Holden. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.
