Jamie L. Bunker, 30, of Silver Lake Street, Athol. Charged with possession to distribute class A drug. Arraigned and held, $1,000 cash bail was set. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 9.

Ronald R. Klash, 32, of State Road, Baldwinville. Charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 10. Special conditions to complete shoplifting program. Charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 10. Same special conditions as the previous charge.

Judge David RossOrange, March 11

Aaron E. Labor, 37, of Pequoig Avenue, Athol. Charged with larceny of motor vehicle and using motor vehicle without authority. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 6.

Raymond P. Doiron, 57, of Birch Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit. Arraigned and held. Count 1 found decriminalized with a $50 fine. Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the state. Count 3 defendant was found not responsible.

KristalM. West, 25, of Laurel Street, Athol. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and class A drug possession. Pretrial hearing found even resolved. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the state. Count 2 defendant was found not responsible. Count 3 sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until March 9, 2020.

Keith Conway, 63, of Morton Meadows, Athol. Charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Arraigned and held, decriminalized and found responsible. $50 fine was assessed.

John R. Hall Jr., 40, of Spring Street, Orange. Charged with uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, class A drug possession and class B drug possession. Pretrial hearing, event resolved. Count 1 dismissed upon the request of the Commonwealth. Count 2 defendant found not responsible. Count 3 and 4, admission to sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 9, 2020 with special conditions to undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment and stay drug free with screenings. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member. Pretrial hearing found the defendant not held, but event resolved. Sufficient facts were found, but case was continued without a finding until September 9, 2019.

KristalM. West, 25, of Athol. Charged with class A drug possession and assault and battery on a police officer. Admission to sufficient facts were found, but the case was continued without a finding until March 9, 2020 with special conditions to undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment, mental health evaluation and treatment and to stay drug free with screenings.

Andrew T. Matthews, 22, of Sanders Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member. Sufficient facts found, but case was continued without a finding until March 9, 2020.

Nicholas N. Walsh, 28, of Main Street, Orange. Charged with leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 22.

Andrew J. Lamarche, 38, of Cheney Street, Orange. Charged with number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Arraigned and held, found not responsible for count 3. Remaining counts were dismissed at the request of the state.

Eli J. Sherman, 44, of Millers Falls Road, Northfield. Charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 8.

Kyle P. Pollock, 32, of Blackington Road, New Salem. Charged with two counts of class E drug possession. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 6.

Zachary M. McMahon, 26, of Highland Avenue, Greenfield. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to notify RMV of name/address change and number plate violation. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 7.

Judge Kevin MaltbyOrange, March 8

Michael E. Choquette, 32, of Flat Rock Road, Athol. Charged with number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle, child 8-12 over 57 inches without seat belt, speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit and child under 8 years and 58 inches without carseat. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing found the event resolved. Counts 1 and 2 were dismissed at the request of the state. Counts 3 and 5, defendant was found responsible and assessed fines. Remaining counts, defendant was found not responsible.

Donna K. Cheney, 52, of Murray Road, Ashburnham. Charged with shoplifting. Arraigned and held, found responsible and assessed a $50 fine.

Darryl K. Whitney, 47, of Chickadee Drive, Pownal, Vt. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with license revoked, license not in possession and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Arraigned and held, $50 cash bail set. Pretrial hearing set for April 19.

Kyle P. Pollock, 32, of Pine Tree Drive, New Salem. Charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, shoplifting by carrying away and attempt to commit a crime. Arraigned, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 6.

William Metcalf, 64, of Arthur Avenue, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 19.

VenessaWelvaert, 32, of Riverbend Street, Orange. Charged with criminal harassment. Defendant placed on probation until June 3 with special conditions to stay away and have no contact with Megan Perea.

Vanessa Welvaert, 32, of Orange Road, Warwick. Charged with shoplifting by price tag tampering. Defendant pled guilty and was assessed a $50 fine. Charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until June 3 with special conditions to stay away and have no contact with Megan Perea.

Ashley Duprey, 25, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit. Pretrial hearing found count 1 dismissed upon the request of the state and Count 2 defendant was found not responsible.

Demetrius White, 33, of Elm Street, Greenfield. Charged with cocaine trafficking in 36 grams or more, less than 100 grams, possession to distribute class B drug, subsequent, possession to distribute class A drugs, subsequent, failure to wear seatbelt and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle. Arraigned and held. Bail set at $200,000. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 1.
