Judge David Ross,Orange, Aug. 20

Enrique Cintron, 52, South Main Street, Orange. Pretrial hearing: not held, but event resolved. Charged with two counts of marked lanes violation and operating motor vehicle with license revoked. Cintron plead guilty and was found guilty for operating a motor vehicle with license revoked and has been sentenced to 6 months in the Franklin County House of Corrections as of August 20. He was found not responsible for 2 counts of marked lanes violations.

Patrick O. Woods, 23, Sawyerville, AL. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member and 2 counts of vandalizing property. Woods was arraigned and is out on $250 cash bail with a $2,500 bond. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 17.

Jackie C. Stafford, 68, Morton Meadows, Athol. Arraigned and held, charged with shoplifting and larceny under $1,200 by false pretense. Stafford was released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 1.

Kevin J. Shaw, 38, Wendell Road, Warwick. Arraigned and held, charged with cocaine trafficking over 36 grams to 100 grams, possess to distribute Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. Released on $5,000 bail. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 17.

Brian A. Emery, 38, Bacon Street, Orange. Arraigned and held on possession of Class A drugs and possession of Class B drugs. Terms of release include $100 bail with a $1,000 bond. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 17.

Timothy Whittaker, 27, Central Street, Athol. Arraigned and held, charged with operating a motor vehicle with license revoked and no inspection sticker. Whittaker was released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 19.

Alfred O. Ohlson, 29, Coolelyville Road, New Salem. Arraigned and held, charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and license not in possession. Ohlson was released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Dennis Brooks, 51, Pleasant Street, Orange. Arraigned and held, charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Brooks waived his rights to an attorney. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Joseph D. Buccaroni, 44, Main Street, Athol. Arraigned and held, charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and uninsured motor vehicle. Buccaroni waived his rights to an attorney. Both counts were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Gary H. Moise, Mayo Road, Orange. Arraigned and held, charged with larceny over $1,200 and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Moise was released on personal recognizance. Pretrail hearing is set for Oct. 1.

Marquis L. Newson, 30, Welcome Place, Springfield. Pretrial hearing, not held, but event resolved. Plead guilty to possess to distribute Class A drug and possess to distribute Class B drug. Marquis was found guilty of both. He was also charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of open container of alcohol, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. Newson is being held on a probation violation and is sentenced to 2 concurrent years at the Franklin County House of Correction beginning on Aug. 20.

Orange, Aug. 21

Shantel R. Hayes, 25, Orange. Charged with Larceny under $1,200 by single scheme. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 7. Hayes was arraigned and is out on $500 cash bail with a $5,000 bond.

Samuel Karlin, 48, Cider Mill Lane, Leverett. Charged with assault and battery/household member. Pretrial conference released on personal recognizance placed under pretrial probation until Feb. 19 with the condition that he must complete a non-violent communication course..

Steven W. Carey, 19, Robbins Road, Hinsdale, N.H. Pretrial hearing, waived the right to an attorney. Carey was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Not held, but event resolved. Dismissed at the request of the commonwealth, not responsible.

Brandon M. Young, 21, Domenica Way, Franklin. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Disposition, dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Young paid $175 fee.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 32, Green Street, Athol. First appearance in jury session. Amended charge of larceny under $250. Admission to sufficient facts accepted. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Oct. 19.

Eric Wheeler, 32, Brookside Road, Orange. Plead guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Wheeler was found guilty and placed on probation until Aug. 21, 2019, with agreement to complete anger management course.

Orange, Aug. 17,Judge Laurie Macleaod

Daniel Hahn, 33, Winchester Road, Warwick. Arraigned and held, charged with permit unlicensed/suspended operation of motor vehicle. Hahn was released on personal recognizance.

Simon N. White, 27, Locks Village Road, Wendell. Pretrial hearing, not held but event resolved. Charged with OUI liquor and leaving the scene of property damage. First charge found admission to sufficient facts. Second charge dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. White was placed on probation until Aug. 16, 2019, with the conditions that he complete driver alcohol education. He has a 45-day loss of license.

Richard Graves, 50, Park Street, Athol. Pretrial hearing, released on personal recognizance. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended.

Drew M. Vitale, 27, East River Street, Orange. Arraigned and held, charged with assault and battery on family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 1.
