Orange, Sept. 14, Judge David Ross

David L. Kozma, 58, Main Road, Gill. Charged with possession of a class b drug, unregistered motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID and no inspection sticker. First appearance in jury session. Found nolle prosequi, The Commonwealth is unwilling to further prosecute in the interest of justice.

Frank J. Karey, 31, Old County Road, New Salem. Charged with OUI, drugs, public offense, OUI liquor 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol. Counts 1 and 3 dismissed upon request of The Commonwealth. Count 4 defendant fount not responsible. Count 2 defendant found guilty and put on probation until September 2020 with conditions of regular drug/alcohol screens, 14 day inpatient program and no driving until license is restored by the RMV.

John A. Nye, 28, Laurel Drive, Athol. Charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol. Pretrial hearing counts 2 and 3 dismissed upon request of The Commonwealth. Count 1 sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until September 2019.

Randall A. Brileya, 41, South Main Street, Orange. Charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Arraigned and held $500 cash bail. Pretrial hearing set for October 19.

Russell A. Sene, Jr. 44, Allen Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Arraigned and released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for October 9.

Anna Dillon, 30, Conant Street, Gardner. Charged with uninsured motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and unregistered motor vehicle. Arraigned and released. First count dismissed at the request of The Commonwealth. 2nd and 3rd counts defendant found not responsible.

Richard A. James, Jr., 64, North Cross Road, Gill. Charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and unregistered motor vehicle. Arraigned and released. First count dismissed at the request of The Commonwealth. 2nd count defendant found not responsible.
