Let us not forget the true meaning of Memorial Day — a day of remembering those men and women who gave their all while serving our country.
Please teach our young ones that the freedoms we have today are not free. They are not only the result of those we mourn this day but also such men and women that live.
To all veterans, please in some way during these trying times please pay respect to our fallen. This virus should not halt our remembrance of this day.
