Who will lead us?

American presidents must be leaders and not just the figureheads of a political party. Wealth and connections are not enough; they may get you there but once in office a president must command respect at home and abroad.

All outstanding leaders, in any field whether military, political or business must have one outstanding characteristic, namely charisma, the natural ability to project strength and intelligence through personality and charm. Lincoln had it with his tall stature and ability with words. Teddy Roosevelt’s bulldog personality projected power and the willingness to use it. Douglass MacArthur and George Patton in the military, Samuel Colt and Cornelius Vanderbilt in business — all charismatic, effective leaders!

Former Vice-President Joe Biden often stutters and talks confusedly and is not an impressive speaker. The best he can offer is a pleasant smile. On the other hand, President Trump has already shown himself to be an effective and charismatic leader with outstanding personal charm. When he speaks you listen! We need four more years of effective Trump leadership!
