Eversource overcharges

Bah humbug, Eversource. On Nov. 24 of this year, Eversource took out a double payment on some customer accounts. They sent an email admitting to what they did, and even offered a $25 credit on the next bill. After two frustrating phone calls telling me I need to prove it, and many overdraft charges later, I still don’t have my money back.

The new bill came and guess what? No $25 credit. Thanks a bunch for ruining my family’s Christmas.
