In the May 10 column, “Montague Housing Authority vital to serving local housing needs,” Brendan Kuntz wrote that the Montague Housing Authority currently has 300 units on its rent roll.

The Montague Housing Authority currently has four developments. Three of the developments are under chapter 667-1, 2 and 3, with 80 total units, and we have one development under chapter 200-1 with a total 30 units.

So this bring total units of Montague Housing Authority to 110 units under rent roll, not 300 as the column states.
