Maxwell P. Finck,, 29, Sunderland. Admitted to sufficient facts for for negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Continued without finding until 2/28/19. Fined $200, assessed $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim/witness fee . Found not responsible for rate of speed exceeding posted limit and a marked lanes violation.

Lisa Demers, 51, Rowe. Found guilty of possession of Class A drug. Fined $200 and assessed $50 fine for victim/witness fund.

Assessed $50 OUI victims fee, $250 head-injury fee and $50 victim/witness fee. Must have no alcohol and be supect to screens. Two- year loss of license. Must attend 14 days in patient program. Travel restriction waived for Vermont, 24Q evaluation. Found not responsible for state highway traffic violation. Dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Jakai A. Guzman, 18, Davis St., Greenfield. Charge of operating under the influence of drugs. Placed on pretrial probation until 2/28/19 and assessed $100 court costs. Must have no operation of motor vehicle until reinstated by RMV. Must complete Brains-at-Risk program. Must pay MI fee for OUI-drugs. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.
