John M Paige, 30, of Oak Courts, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for being a sex offender failing to register, subsequent offense was removed by amendment, but continued without a finding until 7/13/17. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs.

Beatriz Roman 36, of Fitchburg. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Montague, amended down from operating a motor vehicle with suspended license for operating under the influence of liquor, placed on probation until 4/13/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no driving without a license, and concurrent with another case. Found not responsible for number plate violation. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Stacey Brunette, 28, of Water Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and strangulation or suffocation. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no abuse of the alleged victim. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. An allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A was found. Continued to 9/8/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Dana K., Larsen, 58, of O Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, in Greenfield, fourth or greater offense. Bail set at $1,500, but special conditions are that he must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must comply with the Scram unit, but there is to be no release until a Scram unit is available and applied, continued to 9/8/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Christopher M. Denno, 35, of Meadowbrook Drive, Sunderland. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Must abide by any 209A restraining order in existence. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. An allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A was found. Continued to 9/8/17 for pretrial conference.

Alexander Jackson, 23, of Park Street, Turners Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until 7/12/18 with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must take the eight-hour safe driver education program. Found not responsible for speeding, and failing to keep to the right for oncoming motor vehicles. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Robyn J. Harris, 50, of Eastern Avenue, South Deerfield. Found responsible for disorderly conduct. Fined $50, to be paid this date. Charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit a shop vac, was dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Ashley Hawthorne, 29, of Brattleboro, Vt. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Deerfield. Sentenced to 18 months the house of correction, 90-days direct, balance suspended, to 1/11/19. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, with same sentence, and same conditions, as in the first count. Charge of possessing a Class E drug, to wit, adderall, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and failure to stop for police, were both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Armando C. Leone, 34, of Riverside Drive, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to larceny over $250 by a single scheme, and four charges of improper use of a credit card under $250. Released on personal recognizance Continued to 7/31/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Laura M. Ryan, 30, of Highland Road, Gill. Charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 value in Montague. Dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Laura M. Ryan, 30, of Highland Road, Gill. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, different date and town from previous case, but continued without a finding until 7/12/18 with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, plus the mental health evaluation, and take any after-care recommended.

Laura M. Ryan, 30, of Hamilton Drive, Northfield. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of drugs, and marked lanes violation, in Gill, same date as in previous case, were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Laura M. Ryan, 30, of Highland Road, Gill. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery on family/household member, in Montague, but continued without a finding until 7/12/18. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must take conditions concurrent with another case above. Charges of vandalizing property, and resisting arrest, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery on a police officer, but continued without a finding until 7/12/18 with same conditions as in the first count. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Nia F. Moore-Bush, 26, of Springfield. Charges of trafficking in 18 grams or more, and less than 36 grams, of heroin, morphine, or opium, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant has been indicted and arraigned in Franklin Superior Court.
