Fred Bard, 46, of Pleasant Street, Gardner. Charge of possession of Class A drug, in Deerfield, plead guilty, found guilty, and defendant was placed on probation until Aug. 13, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50, plus no drugs, subject to screens, with substance abuse evaluation as directed. Guilty plea entered for possession for Class B drug, guilty found, with defendant placed on probation until Aug. 13, 2020, must have no drugs, subject to screens, must have substance abuse evaluation as directed. Guilty plea entered for possession of a firearm without an FID card, sentence to 18 months in the House of Correction, charge suspended until Aug. 13, 2020, must have no drugs, subject to screens, with substance abuse evaluation, and must surrender firearms and ammunition, and must possess no firearms. Guilty plea entered, for the possession of ammunition without FID card, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction, suspended until Aug. 13, 2020, with all the same conditions as in the third count. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker, and number plate violation. Must pay $150 counsel fee, and must pay $65 probation supervision fee monthly.

Thomas Marrero, 37, of Pasadena Street, Springfield. Charge of possession of Class B drug, sufficient office, in Greenfield by state police, plea of guilty entered, and found guilty, sentenced to six-months in a house of correction, direct contact with Hampshire County recommended, and given credit. Must perform 16 hours community service, or pay $150 counsel fee.

Amber L. Decoteau, 31, of Main Street, Russell. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage, in Sunderland, released, with the personal recognizance until charged for a hearing on April 22.

Brandon A. Ramos, 31, of North Colony Street, on Meriden, Conn. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, in Bernardston, released on personal recognizance, with pretrial conference on April 24.

Ayble Ford, 21, of Frost Place, Brattleboro, Vt. Admission to sufficient facts were accepted, and sufficient facts were found, for serious bodily injury with assault and battery, in Greenfield, but continued without a finding until Feb. 6, 2020, with $90 victim witness assessment, and with restitution at $305, payable of $26 per month, and must have Anger Management program, and must stay away from and have no contact with the victim. Admission of sufficient facts for disorderly conduct, with sufficient facts found , but continued without a finding until Feb. 6, 2020, and must be involved as in count one. Must pay the $150 counsel fee, or must perform community service. Must pay the monthly $65 probation supervision fee.

Eric B. Coates, 37, of Central Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Montague, must pay $50 court cost, which was paid this day, and was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Brittany L. Delaware, 29, of Mathieson Drive, Andover, Conn. Charge of an unregistered motor vehicle, in Deerfield, which was found not responsible. Charge of an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed for a $50 court cost to be paid by March 29.

John McKnight, 29, of Wendell Road, Warwick. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, in Greenfield, to be dismissed the $50 court cost if paid by March 29. Charge of operating with a motor vehicle registration suspended, with be dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Matthew G. Levy, 55, of South Street, Pittsfield. Charge of failure to wear a seat belt, in Deerfield by state police, found responsible, and must pay $25 assessment. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, to be a court cost of $50 and dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to apply for a motor vehicle title, both were dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment, and unregistered motor vehicle, were both found not responsible.

Jonathan S. Long, 38, Cheyenne Road, Springfield. Charges of assault and battery on family or household member, and break and entering for misdemeanor, in Greenfield, bail set at $250 cash, or $2,500 surety, with pretrial conference set at April 1.

Charge of unregistered motor vehicle, found not responsible.

Admissionof sufficient facts, second offense, and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Feb. 13, 2020, with 45 days of loss of license, with OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment of $50, with head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, and must take Driver Alcohol Education Program, or its equivalent. Two charges, one of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop or yield, was processed by the Office of the Northwestern District Attorney. Must pay the $65 probation supervision fee.

Alysandra L. Zagame, 32, of Lampblack Road, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor, with admission for sufficient facts, and the sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding, with 45-days of loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, plus Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of no inspection sticker, was found not responsible. Must pay monthly $65 probation supervision fee.

Charge of OUI-liquor, in Northfield by Gill Police, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Feb. 14, 2020, with 45-day loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, and must have Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charges of failure to stop or yield, plus possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle were not responsible. Charge of possession of Class E drug was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee, and must pay $65 a month probation supervision fee.

Chelsea A. Cyr, 28, of Aster Court, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery on family or household member, and with wanton destruction of property of $1,200, both with personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set for April 23.

Caroline E. Bibeau, 25, of Amherst Street, Granby. Charge of receiving stolen property valued at $1,200, in Montague, but the release was set at personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set for April 29. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Dawn Girard, 40, of Forbes Courts, of Greenfield. Charges of miscellaneous municipal vehicle ordinance of by law, and leaving the scene of property damage, with terms of personal recognizance, and pretrial conference was set for April 29. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Jonathan W. Thompson, 36, of Elliott Drive, Troutman, N.C. Charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, second violation of abuse prevention order, and intimidating a juror, police, or court official, in Sunderland, with terms of release are personal recognizance, and with special order of no contact and stay away from a named woman, with pretrial conference set for March 21. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Devin M. Boutwell, 28, of Meridian Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-drugs, in Deerfield, with personal recognizance, with the pretrial conference set on March 21.

Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, second charge of leaving the scene of property damage, failure to drive in the right lane, marked lanes violation, speeding rate if speed exceeding in post limit, and state highway-highway violation, was released on personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set for March 21. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
