Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, by Gill Police, with admission for sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 1/29/20, with victim witness assessment of $50, and must take the Batterers Program, and pay the fee for the program. Must pay a $150 counsel fee, plus $50 counsel contribution must be paid. Must perform four-hours of community service

Tyler C. Walton, 23, of Heather Court, Greenfield. Found responsible for speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, fine of $110 assessment. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed if a $25 court cost is paid.

Owen C. Robertson, 23, of Conway Road, Ashfield. Admission of sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding of OUI-liquor until 1/30/20 with OUI victim assessment of $50, plus $250 head injury assessment, with 45-day loss of license, and Driver Alcohol Education Program. Two charges of leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay the $65 a month probation supervision fee.

Admission to sufficient facts accepted, found guilty, for operating for a motor vehicle with a suspended license, fined $100, or community service. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Charge of possessing a Class B drug was not prosecuted. Must pay $150 counsel, or community service.

Christopher Allen, 39, of Jockey Lane, North Ferrisburgh, Vt. Plea of guilty entered, and found guilty, in Greenfield by state police,for possession of Class A drug, sentence of nine-months at the house of correct, direct. Plea of guilty entered, and found guilty for possession of Class B drug, and sentenced to house correction for nine-months, direst, and with credit for count one. Charge of conspiracy to violate the drug law, was dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Dorothy V. Poirier, 63, of Third Street, Turners Falls. Charge of failure to license a dog, in Montague, was dismissed prier to arraignment.

Ross L. Nawotny, 29, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Admission to sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 2/3/20, with 45-day loss of license, with OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, plus Driver Alcohol Education Program, but with the fee waived. Charges of marked lanes, speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, were all found not responsible. Charge of OUI-drugs were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, plus $50 of counsel contribution. Must pay $65 a month probation supervision fee.

Daniel P. Vinton, 37, of James Avenue, Agawam. Charges of possessing Class B drug, if subsequence offence, and possessing a Class A drug, with subsequence offence, in Greenfield, bail as set at $500 cash, or $5,000 surety, pre trial conference for 3/4/19.

Clinton J. Dawson, 49, of Turners Falls, Montague. Found responsible of no inspection sticker, fined $50 assessment if paid. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequence offence, was dismissed upon request of of the commonwealth.

Brenda J. Pratt, 61, of Elm Street, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery with the defendant was placed on pretrial probation for 8/5/19, and must be no contact and stay away from the defendant. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Kimberley I. Jurkowski, 30, of Saint Mary’s Street, Northfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield, with personal recognizance with pretrial conference on 4/5/19.

Gina M. Roy, 42, of Pierce Street, Greenfield. Admission to sufficient facts found, in Montague, but continued with out a finding until 2/5/20, with substance abuse evaluation, and any recommendations, with no abuse of a named person, with mental health evaluation and follow up. Charge of breaking and entering for misdemeanor, to be dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay the probation supervision fee of the month, then the it was reduced to $15 per month waived.

Andrew P. Helems, 32, of High Street, Florence. Guilty plea made , and found, with fine of $200 assessment. Charge of miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or by law was found not responsible. Must pay $150 counsel fee, or perform community service.

Shawn M. Packham, 39, of French King Highway, Greenfield. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, but found guilty, and placed on probation until 2/6/20, must have mental health evaluation, and treatment as directed, and substance abuse evaluation, and treatment as recommended, and no drugs or alcohol with screens, and must pay $50 victim witness assessment. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, but found guilty for resisting arrest, and was placed on probation until 2/6/20. Counsel fee is to be 16-hours of community service.

Adam S. Dakin, 38, of Bridge Street, Shelburne Falls. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, but continued without a finding for wanton destruction of $1,200 in property, and was placed on probation until 3/6/19, with 10 hours community service that must be performed for Mohawk Regional School District under the supervision of a stated person, and must pay $50 victim witness assessment fee.

Plea of guilty entered, and found guilty, and sentenced to 30 days in the house of correction for miscellaneous municipal ordinance or buy law violation, and given credit for time served. Pleaded guilty, and then found guilty, for breaking and entering for misdemeanor, was sentenced to the same 30 days in the house of correction concurrent with sentence in count one.

Charge of OUI-liquor with admission to sufficient facts but continued without a finding until 2/6/20, with 45-day loss of license, plus OUI-with $250 fee, OUI for victim witness assessment of $50, with head injury of $250, and victim witness assessment for $50, and must take Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Charge of marked lanes was found not responsible. Must counsel fee of $150, and $50 counsel contribution. Must perform four-hours per community service for probation supervision.

Melissa A. LaBelle, 47, of Miles Street, Greenfield. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, in Gill by police, release set by personal recognizance, and then a pre trial conference is set for 4/4/19.

Joshua M. Acus, 24, of Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield. Charge of operating with a motor vehicle with license suspended, but it was released for personal recognizance, and it was set for pre trial conferences on 4/5/19.

Joel C. Collins, 48, of Davis Lane, Lyndonville, Vt. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, with guilty plea posted, and it was found guilty, with 18 months house of correction, suspended to 2/6/20, must have no drugs, with screens, no new crime, and must pay $90 for victim witness assessment. A travel restriction ban is waived for Vermont and New Hampshire. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, with guilty plea posted, and it was found guilty, and 18 months of the house of correction, suspended until to 2/6/2020, plus no drugs, with screens, and no new crimes, and the travel restriction was waved with the same condition and was concurrent as the first count. Charge of unlicensed operation a motor vehicle was pled guilty, and found guilty, and was filed 4/5/19. Conspiracy to violate the drug law, was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Josue R. Bemudez, 40, of Arch Street, Springfield. Charge of operating of a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offence, in Gill, with $100 bail, and pre trial conference set for 3/7/19.
