Michael J. Boudreau, 58, of Cummings Road, Athol. Charged with OUI-liquor and failure to stop/yield. Pretrial hearing found sufficient facts on count 1, but continued without a finding until April 24, 2020. Count 2 defendant was found not responsible.

Albert S. Kurtigian, 67, of Brookside Road, Orange. Charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Pretrial hearing found the defendant plead guilty and was assessed $50.

Michael W. Chaplin, 32, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member, violation of abuse prevention order and violation of abuse prevention order assault and battery. Robert L. Chiodo, IV, 50, of Bullard Pasture Road, Wendell. Charged with failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, violation to conceal ID number plate, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 31.

Kimberly I. Jurkowski, 29, of Saint Marys Street, Northfield. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and license not in possession. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for June 3.

Brenda St. Hilaire, 61, of Oak Avenue, Athol. Charged with shoplifting by asportation. Arraigned and held. Charge was decriminalized. The defendant was found responsible and docket has been filed until July 23.

Timothy M. Clifford, 38, of Williams Avenue, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 31.

Richard T. Young, 41, of Beacon Street, Athol. Charged with violation of an abuse prevention order. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for June 3.

Tina Gauthier, of Orange Road, Warwick. Charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 31.

Shawn M. Peckham, 39, of French King Highway, Gill. Charged with shoplifting my concealing merchandise. Pretrial hearing found the defendant plead guilty and has been placed on probation until June 28.

Charged with assault to intimidate, assault and battery on family/household member, intimidate witness/juror/police/court official and assault and battery on a family member. Jason T. Stone, 24, of Goodale Street, Athol. Charged with OUI-liquor 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and emergency vehicle obstruct stationary. Jury trial found defendant guilty on first two charges and responsible for count 3. Stone is placed on probation until April 27, 2021 with special conditions to undergo treatment program and stay drug and alcohol free with screenings.

Daniel Troiano, 30, of Mechanic Street, Orange. Charged with larceny by check under $1200. Pretrial hearing found defendant on pretrial probation until May 31.

Michael J. Tondryk, 30, of McCleland Farm Road, Deerfield. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of class B drug, assault and battery on a police officer and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, $500 cash bail set. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for June 10.

Arraigned and held, bail set at $10,000 cash. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for June 28.

Jason Brewer, 25, of Hamlet Mill Road, Baldwinville. Charged with shoplifting $250 plus, by asportation. Pretrial found the defendant plead guilty and was assessed a $50 fine.

Marc W. Jolly, 23, of Pierce Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8.

Sean C. Augustine, 32, of Emerald Street, Gardner. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker and motor vehicle lights violation. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 5.

Andrew D. Constant, 35, of Pleasant Street, Gardner. Charged with violation of abuse prevention order. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for June 28.

Adam Gage, 37, of Gage Road, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Pretrial hearing found the defendant plead guilty. Gage has been placed on probation until May, 4, 2020 at which time he will serve 6 months in the Franklin County House of Corrections. He is to undergo anger management course within 6 months and has to stay 25 yards away from victim.
