Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 33, of Green St., Athol. Charged with improper use of a credit card under $1200. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 24.

Orange, April 1

Demetri T. Guilmette, 25, of Craigin Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Defendant plead guilty and was sentenced to 10 days in the Franklin County House of Corrections, concurrent with docket 1842CR0477, plus credit time served. Charged with improper use of a credit card under $250. Defendant found guilty and placed on 1 year probation until March 30, 2020 with conditions to undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment, stay drug and alcohol free with screenings and pay restitution in the amount of $240. Charged with Larceny under $250 from over 60/disabled and breaking and entering for misdemeanor. Defendant plead guilty to count one and was placed on probation until March 30, 2020 with special conditions to undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment, stay drug and alcohol free with screens and to pay restitution in the amount of $135. Count two was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.

Keith D. Hamel, 22, of Prospect Street, Athol. Charged with larceny under $1,200. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 29. Charged with fugitive from justice on a court warrant, resisting arrest, possession of class B drug, and 2 counts of assault and battery on a police officer. Arraigned and held, $50,000 cash bail set. Pretrial is scheduled for April 29.

Daniel Murphy, 25, of Crescent Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 7.

Anthony J. Yukl, 27, of French King Highway, Gill. Charged with OUI-liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Sufficient facts found on count one, but continued without a finding until March, 30, 2020. Count 2, defendant was found not responsible.

Orange, March 31

Ieasha M. Cote, 24, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 19.

Orange, March 29

Xavier A. Deleon, 25, of Unity Avenue, Athol. Charged with four counts of larceny under $250. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for May 13.

Orange, March 26

Christopher Rice, 45, of Green Street, Ipswich. Charged with second offense OUI-liquor, unregistered motor vehicle, assault and possession of an open container of alcohol. Defendant plead guilty to count  one, found not responsible on count 2,4, and sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until March 24, 2020 on count three. Rice is on probation until March 23, 2021 with special conditions to undergo a 14 day stay in patient program with after care as needed, not drive until license is restored by the RMV with a two-year loss of license.

Jeremy L. Cote, 30, of Laurel Street, Athol. Charged with possession to distribute class A drug. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial is scheduled for May 13.

Orange, March 25

Erik D. Cameron, 25, of Hamilton Avenue, Orange. Charged with class A drug possession. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial scheduled for May 3.

Geneva Hobbs, 21, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial scheduled for May 3.

Joseph A. Deshiro, 31, of Anzio Road, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license – subsequent offense. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for May 14.
