Library to host climate change play readings

BUCKLAND — Climate Change Theater Action will present “All Good Things Must Begin” at the Arms Library, located at 60 Bridge St., on Sunday, Dec. 10, at 3 p.m.

The free show will feature several five-minute plays performed and read by the group. The plays originate from around the world and range in themes. The performance is sponsored by the Climate Emergency Circle, a climate response affinity group.

After the plays are presented, there will be time for reflection and response.

Heath Brook Studio holding sale

HEATH — Glassblowing artist Bob Dane’s annual Open Studio & Sale will be held over the next two weekends at Heath Brook Studio, located at 20 West Main St. Open hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, Dec. 9 and 16, and Sundays, Dec. 10 and 17.

The open hours include glassblowing demonstrations. The studio is open otherwise by appointment only. For more information, call 413-337-5736.
