Ashfield Historical Society hosts Victorian caroling

ASHFIELD – The Ashfield Historical Society will host Victorian caroling on Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. in front of Town Hall.

The group will be caroling up and down Main Street. They will end at the Historical Society Museum where cookies and hot chocolate will be served. Costumes are encouraged, but not necessary.

Sons & Daughters of Hawley host Illumination Party

HAWLEY – On Sunday, Dec. 10, at 4 p.m. the Sons & Daughters of Hawley will host their annual Illumination Party at the Hawley Meeting House, 332 East Hawley Road.

The group lights up the church, shares cookies and warm drinks and sings carols. All are welcome. Dress warmly.

Paul Mark hosts office hours

SHELBURNE FALLS — The staff of state Senator Paul W. Mark, D-Becket, will host office hours in Buckland for two days in December. His staff will be available at the Buckland Town Hall, 17 State St., on Dec. 12 and 19 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The staff can help with issues involving state agencies and listen to ideas on current or potential state legislation.

Holiday tributes concert

CHARLEMONT – Tinky Weisblat and Jerry Noble will host a Holiday Tribute concert at the Federated Church, 175 Main St., on Saturday Dec. 16 beginning at 2 p.m.
