Shelburne Falls author at Mohawk library Tuesday

SHELBURNE FALLS — Author Emily Arsenault of Shelburne Falls will be discussing her young-adult novel, “The Leaf Reader,” at the Mohawk Trail Regional School Library on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 9 a.m. She will also discuss her writing process as well.

Her visit is part of an event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Gertrude Streeter Fund. Streeter was a Colrain Central School teacher, and the fund was created in her memory to help support the school library.

Boswell’s Books will be selling “The Leaf Reader” during Arsenault’s visit, and Mohawk student artwork will be featured in the library during this celebration.

The library will be open from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for the public and Mohawk community. Donations to the Gertrude Streeter Fund are welcome.
