The Mullins Center unveiled a new look for basketball season earlier this week.

Jack Leaman Court was refinished with a new floor and new logos. The parquet floor was replaced with straight planks. A dark-finished stain in the shape of Massachusetts stretched from one end of the light-finished court to the other, while a large UMass logo was prominently featured at center court.

“Massachusetts” is written along each end line, while “Flagship” is printed inside the 3-point line at one end.

The UMass women’s team will break the court in on Oct. 28 during a 7 p.m. exhibition against UMass Dartmouth.

The men’s team takes the floor for an exhibition against Western New England at 7 p.m. on Oct. 29.

UMass announced on Wednesday that 22 of the Minutemen’s 31 games will be televised.

The Minutemen will appear on NBC Sports Network, CBS Sports Network and the ESPN networks 10 times throughout the season. NESN or NESNplus will carry 12 games.

The Nov. 5 home opener against UMass Lowell will be on NESN at 7 p.m. UMass will also host nonconference games against Northeastern (Nov. 12, NESNplus), Rider (Nov. 20, NESN), South Carolina (Dec. 4, CBSSN), Yale (Dec. 11, NESN) and Maine (Dec. 20, NESN).

The Minutemen will travel to Uncasville, Connecticut, for the 2019 Basketball Hall of Fame Tournament, where it will tip off with defending national champion Virginia on Nov. 23 on ESPNews before battling Arizona State or St. John’s the next day on ESPN or ESPN2.

NBCSN will carry UMass’ Atlantic 10 opener against Saint Louis on Jan. 5. The network will also carry games against George Washington (Jan. 18), George Mason (Feb. 9) and Dayton (Jan. 11 & Feb. 15).

CBSSN will air games against Davidson (Feb. 1) and Rhode Island (Feb. 4).

Six Atlantic 10 home games are slated to air on the NESN networks, including Jan. 8 vs. La Salle (NESN), Jan. 25 vs. Duquesne (NESNplus), Jan. 29 vs. Saint Joseph’s (NESN), Feb. 18 vs. Saint Louis (NESN), Feb. 26 vs. VCU (NESNplus) and March 7 vs. Rhode Island (NESNplus).
