Greenfield

Gentle Yoga for Cancer will be offered Wednesdays, noon to 1:30 p.m. at the YMCA. Pam Roberts facilitates. Free to individuals living with a cancer diagnosis and their support person. Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS): Chapter 0395 (weight loss support group) meets Wednesdays at the Mill House on Wells Street. Weigh-in from 8:30 to 9 a.m.; meeting 9:30 to 10:30. The Amputee Support Group has a goal of assisting amputees in their daily lives by offering them the opportunity to share ideas and support each other. Dr. Sohail Waien facilitates. Generally meets the third Thursday of the month, 5 to 6:30 p.m., in the Baystate Franklin Medical Center conference rooms, off the main entrance. Voices/Visions/Extreme States Support Group: This group, sponsored by the Western Mass Recovery Learning Community, offers free weekly meetings, Wednesdays 4 to 5:30 p.m. at 20 Chapman St. No registration required. For information, contact AJ at aj@westernmassrlc.org.

The RECOVER Project: The RECOVER Project hosts a daily “All Recovery Meeting” each morning Monday through Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m at 68 Federal St. All walks of recovery welcome. “Eddie’s Group” is held every Tuesday from 3 to 4 p.m. in the RPX. For more information, call: 413-774-5489.

Al-Anon Meeting: Wednesday, 7:30 to 9 p.m., Beacon Light, Second Congregational Church, Court Square. Ring bell at side door. Anyone who feels her/his life has been affected by close contact with a problem drinker is eligible for membership in Al-Anon or Alateen. al-anon.org.

Bingo at the Moose: Bingo at the Moose Family Center, 20 School St., Tuesdays. Doors open at 4 p.m., bingo begins at 6:15.

Shelburne Falls

Turners Falls

Census Support: As part of the “Be Counted — Census 2020” initiative, The United Arc will provide assistance for individuals and family members to complete their census forms at the Franklin County Family Support Center, 294 Avenue A in Turners Falls, 413-774-5558, and the North Quabbin Family Support Center, 361 Main St. in Athol, 978-249-4052, during their normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call or drop in.

Pain Pals of Franklin County: Meets Wednesdays from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Community Health Center of Franklin County, 102 Main St. This is a chronic pain support group led by a medical social worker who understands chronic pain. To register, call Terry Desaultels at 413-659-3413. Free.
