Transfer Station hours to change temporarily

CONWAY — The Board of Health will be closing the Transfer Station on Wednesdays, effective this week and through the end of July.

According to a notice on the town website, the change in hours is a result of staffing shortages.

Saturday and Sunday hours will remain as normal.

To-go lunches continue

SOUTH DEERFIELD — The South County Senior Center at 67 North Main St. continues to distribute daily to-go lunches.

According to the center’s monthly newsletter, lunches are available Monday through Friday and should be reserved two days in advance by calling 413-665-2141.

Senior Center to hold
foot clinics

SOUTH DEERFIELD — The South County Senior Center at 67 North Main St. plans to hold foot clinics in May and June.

The May clinic is scheduled for Thursday, May 6, and the June clinic will be held June 3, according to the center’s monthly newsletter.
