Greenfield, Aug. 22

12:39 p.m. — Two cars collided on River Street, leaving one passenger complaining of neck pain. One of the drivers was issued a citation for failure to exercise care.

3:41 p.m. — Police investigated a call stating a heavier set male take a knife and seem to act aggressively toward a larger male at the Greenfield Town Common.

8:29 p.m. — Three to four boys were fighting at the Victory House on Conway Street. One 15-year-old was reported to be “out of control.” At least one was sent to the hospital for mental health.

Greenfield, Aug. 29

3:23 a.m. — Police arrested Christel L. Thibodaux, 38, of Wells Street on a warrant. Police served the warrant at Baystate Franklin Medical Center. 

5:13 p.m. — A caller at the Winslow Building reported that he was hit in the head with a hammer by a male and then a woman took $300 from his wallet. The caller said he knew the people but not their last names. He refused medical attention. Police later arrested Kevin J. Ryder, 48, of Wells Street on charges of unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, conspiracy and willfully obstructing an investigation. Catherine Welsh, 32, of Devens Street was arrested on charges of unarmed robbery, conspiracy to violate drug law, being present where heroin is kept, willfully obstructing an investigation and conspiracy.

5:50 p.m. — A resident of White Birch Avenue dropped off a large amount of ammunition that he found in a home he newly purchased.

Greenfield, Aug. 30

1:03 a.m. — Police arrested Bradley E. Trombley, 42, of Allen Street on charges of a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle after the right to operate is revoked and an uninspected motor vehicle. Trombley was stopped at Pierce and Chapman streets.
