Judge David Ross Orange, July 22

Jonathan M. Colwell, 33, of Franklin Street, Millers Falls. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Released on personal recognizance. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth as long as court costs were paid that day. The defendant was found not responsible for Count 2.

Michael E. Morand, 29, of Pleasant Street, Athol. Charged with three counts of assault and battery on a family/household member and assault with a deadly weapon. The defendant pled guilty and was sentenced to two years in the house of correction with credit for time held. One year of time at the house of correction was suspended until Feb. 22, 2022, with special conditions to complete a certified batterers program, mental health treatment, pay probation supervision fees, obey jail rules and participate in programming.

Judge David RossOrange, July 23

Colby J. Hume, 18, of White Pond Road, Athol. Charged with rape of a child, drug for sexual intercourse, sell/deliver liquor to a person under 21, and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or over. Released on personal recognizance with the special conditions of no direct or indirect contact with the victim, stay 50 yards away from the victim and the victim’s residence, stay away from Athol High School, no contact with children under the age of 16 except siblings or in the care of an adult 21 years or older, and do not provide drugs or alcohol to any other person. A status review is scheduled for Sept. 6.

Mark A. Gregory, 33, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Released on personal recognizance. During the first appearance in jury session, sufficient facts were found but continued without a finding until January 21, 2020, with special conditions to complete an evaluation for anger management along with completing an anger management class if ordered.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 33, of Green Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and larceny under $1,200. Disposition was held and Count 1 and Count 2 were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 33, of Green Street, Athol. Charged with three counts of receiving a stolen credit card and one count improper use of a credit card under $1,200. Probable disposition held and the defendant was placed on probation until Jan. 21, 2021, with special conditions to complete substance and abuse treatment, mental health treatment, drug and alcohol screenings and residential treatment.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 33, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charged with conspiracy to violate drug law. The defendant pled guilty and was placed on probation until Jan. 21, 2021, with special conditions to complete substance and abuse treatment, mental health treatment, drug and alcohol screenings and residential treatment.

Mark Gregory, 33, of Church Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Defendant pled guilty to Count 1 and was placed on probation until Jan. 21, 2020, with a 60-day loss of license. The defendant was found not responsible for Count 2.

Brian D. Gay, 36, of Carroll Street, Keene, N.H. Charged with OUI-drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, possession of an open contain of alcohol in a motor vehicle and open container of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The defendant pled guilty to Count 1 and Count 7. Was ordered to complete 127 days at the house of correction with a direct credit for time served. Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for Counts 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, July 24

Calvin R. Medina, 27, of Dickinson Street, Springfield. Charge of possession of a Class B substance, to wit, cocaine. Pled guilty and found guilty. Sentenced to one year in the house of correction, direct, with credit of time served. Charge of possession of a Class A substance, to wit heroin. Pled guilty and found guilty. Sentenced to one year in the house of correction, concurrent. Found not responsible on charges of license not in possession, registration not in possession and number plate violation. Charge of conspiracy to violate the drug law with dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Ruben Sanchez, 40, of South Street, Holyoke. Charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Montague Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 27.

Debra A. Waite, 59, of Green Street, Brattleboro, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle to be dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Jeremy H. Garcia, 21, of Laconia Street, Springfield. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, to wit, cocaine. Pled guilty and found guilty. Sentenced to one year in the house of correction, direct, with credit for 90 days served. Charges of withholding evidence from criminal proceeding, possession of a Class E drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law were all dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Brenda L. Perrea, 58, of Main Street, Northfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks, to be dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.

Christopher C. Ely, 47, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, found guilty. Fine of $500, plus a victim witness assessment of $50. The counsel fee was waived.

Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, a marked lanes violation, driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit and leaving the scene of property damage, by Montague Police. Released on personal recognizance, with potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 26. The counsel fee was waived.

Davin G. Ojala, 36, of Zerah Fiske Road, Shelburne Falls. Charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Assistant District Attorney Joseph Webber entered a nolle prosequi on all counts. The commonwealth stated that after reviewing the 209A order, its condition and the available evidence, it was determined the commonwealth could not sustain its burden going forward on its complaint.

Brandon L. Sayer, 42, of West Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Greenfield Police. Found guilty and sentenced to time served (25 days). The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Jaylenne A. Olan, 32, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, a marked lanes violation and miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw violations, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance with potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 25.

Bradley J. Dobias, 31, of Franklin Street, Greenfield. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police and the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 24, 2020. Head injury assessment of $250 and must take the Safe Driver’s Course. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Bryan LaBelle, 23, of Oakman Street, Turners Falls. Charges of a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-drugs and possession of a Class A drug, subsequent offense, in Whately by State Police the from Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance, with special conditions to have no drugs or alcohol, subject to screens; must reside at Oakman Street, Turners Falls; and must continue with Saboxone. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 26. The counsel fee was waived.

Kistian Krause, 51, of Isabel Court, Hadley. Charges of open and gross lewdness, and assault and battery, by Bernardston Police. Released on personal recognizance, but must stay away from The Inn at Crumpin-Fox on Northfield Road in Bernardston. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 25.

Ashley Winters, 29, of Elm Street, Greenfield. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. Held without bail at the Franklin County House of Correction. The defendant was taken into the custody of Connecticut.

John A. Maki, 55, of Joan Street, Springfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, by Deerfield Police. Released on personal recognizance, with the potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 4.

Jody A. Rattigan, 53, of Summer Street, Greenfield. Charge of a crosswalk violation, by Greenfield Police. Fined $200. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Andrew J. Barrett, 28, of Cemetery Road, Hadley. Charge of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, by Sunderland Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Fined $50 on both charges. Status review of payment set for Sept. 13.

Dwight McCullough, 54, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, subsequent offense, and larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Bail set at $100 cash. Must stay 100 yards away from and have no contact with the victim. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 22. The counsel fee was waived.

Shawn Gagnon, 23, of Broadway Street, Chicopee. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, by Northfield Police. Released on personal recognizance with the potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 26. The counsel fee was changed to 16 hours of community service.

Jolene L. Delcour, 52, of Main Street, Shelburne Falls. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, by Shelburne Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 4.

Mark Basara, 25, of Franklin Street, Westfield. Charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, by Sunderland Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Fined $50 for both charges. Status review of payment set for Sept. 13.

Nickolas C. Keating, 32, of County Road, Stamford, Vt. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Charlemont Police. Court cost of $50. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit.

Dakarai C. Crapps, 46, of G Street, Montague. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, second offense, by Montague Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Fine of $100. Status review of payment set for Oct. 4.

Sean P. Boyle, 30, of Federal Street, Millers Falls. Charged with operating a vehicle with criminal license revoked as a habitual offender, using a motor vehicle without authority and handicap parking plate/plate card misuse. The defendant pled guilty to Count 1 and Count 2, and was placed on probation until Jan. 24, 2020 with 30 days in the house of correction. Sentence is being suspended for six months. The defendant was found not responsible on Count 3.

Samantha A Marion, 30, of Sandra Drive, Orange. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Pretrial hearing was continued until Sept. 27.

Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of unregistered motor vehicle.

Nathaniel J. Crocker, 20, of Center Street, Bernardston. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, uninsured motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol, OUI-drugs and unregistered motor vehicle, by Bernardston Police. Released on personal recognizance, with special conditions to not use drugs or alcohol, and must report to probation in person for screenings. Retrial conference to set the time for Oct. 2.

Coty L. Boston, 23, of East Hawley Road, Hawley. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and driving at a rate that exceeds the posted speed limit. During the jury trial, the defendant was found guilty on Count 1 and placed on probation, with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program, 45-day loss of license and must not drive until the license is restored by the RMV. The defendant was found not guilty for Count 2 and responsible for Count 3 and Count 4.

Kevin Echevarria, 33, of South Summer Street, Holyoke. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while license is revoked as a habitual traffic offender and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 9.

Mark D. McCartney, 53, of Carruth Road, Templeton. Charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 9.

Melissa L. Grubb, 49, of Carruth Road, Templeton. Charged with shoplifting by asportation and shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 9.

Robert P. Brazeau, 55, of Franklin Street, West Boylston. Charged with OUI-liquor. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 9.

George R. Moomjian, 51, of Morrison Road, Burlington. Charged with marked lanes violation and OUI-liquor. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. The defendant was found not responsible for Count 1 and Count 2. Sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 27, 2020, with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program, 45-day loss of license, no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles restores his driving license and pay $600 in fees.
