GREENFIELD — A Montague man has been ordered to comply with electronic monitoring and to not leave the state after being arraigned in Greenfield District Court on a slew of charges related to rape of a minor.

William M. Willey, 45, has pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of rape of a child with a 10-year age difference, five counts of selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21, two counts of disseminating obscene matter to a minor, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, and one count of furnishing marijuana to a person under 21 years old. According to court documents, he is scheduled to appear back in court on Nov. 4.

Willey posted bail, which was set at $30,000, and has been released, court documents indicate. Judge Mark Pasquariello set conditions of release, including ordering Willey to have no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 and to immediately notify the probation department if he changes his residence.

Although limited court documents are available, the full police narrative has been impounded, meaning it is not available for the public or members of the press to view.
