Monday, Sept. 23

8:13 a.m. — Reporting party from Fairway Avenue would like it on record that someone went through his car last night and threw stuff everywhere. He does not believe anything is missing. Services rendered.

9:58 a.m. — Joshua David Jablonicky, 43, homeless, was arrested at Peskeomskut Park on a warrant.

11:58 a.m. — Caller reports there are small patches of pink spray paint on High Street, Avenue B and Stevens Street. Fence on Avenue B was painted on.

3:17 p.m. — Reporting party states that at the end of G Street, there is a black Chevrolet pickup with an American flag on it that is blocking the bridge and has left ruts in the grass. Officer checked the area, no truck found. Officer advised the ruts in the grass are old ones.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

12:25 p.m. — Caller from Fairway Avenue reports possible identity theft. Caller has already spoken to his bank and credit card companies.

8:38 p.m. — Caller reports being followed by a dark four-door sedan that is circling Fourth Street. Five or six people in the car wearing black ski masks allegedly threatened to rob him. Older Toyota, loud muffler, squeaking when it drives. Officer unable to locate vehicle.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

12:00 p.m. — Reporting party states there is a flock of chickens near Greenfield Cooperative Bank on Avenue A. The chickens are digging up the plants and going into the road. Animal control officer advising he is attending a training and is unavailable. Services rendered.

Thursday, Sept. 26

6:40 a.m. — Walk-in to the station reports he forgot his one-wheel skateboard at Unity Skatepark and when he returned to get it a half-hour later, it was gone. Light blue in color with orange foot pads. Report taken.

11:22 a.m. — Chickens reported at Peskeomskut Park playground. Message left with the Board of Health and the animal control officer. Chickens have also been at Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Animal control officer advising the chickens are back home. They belong to a resident at a house across from the park.

Friday, Sept. 27

10:24 a.m. — Kari J. Lacroix, 39, of Griswold Street in Turners Falls, was arrested at Millers Falls Road and Norman Circle on a warrant.

11:48 a.m. — Motorist reports that large trucks are blocking traffic at the corner of Turnpike Road and Montague City Road, forcing vehicles to go into one lane in both directions. Area checked, no trucks impeding traffic.

Saturday, Sept. 28

12:46 p.m. — Employee at Walgreen’s on Avenue A states a male party is threatening people. Area checked, male party appears to have left. Officers checking the park after hearing some people yelling at each other. Male party was found with an open container of alcohol. Container poured out, male party leaving the park.

4:55 p.m. — Reporting party on High Street states some signs were stolen from her property by teens and it was witnessed by a neighbor. She would like to speak to an officer about reaching out to the teens and speaking with them about their actions. She will check with her neighbor to see if they will help identify the teens.

Sunday, Sept. 29

9:45 a.m. — Caller from G Street has camera footage from overnight that shows a male party trying to get into his and his wife’s car. Homeowner saw the same man this morning and told him to stay off his property.

12:52 p.m. — Vicki A. Vincent, 60, of Henry Avenue in Turners Falls, was arrested on Henry Avenue on a warrant.

9:50 p.m. — Caller near the alley between Fourth and Fifth streets reports hearing the sound of a dog whining and whimpering every couple minutes. Unsure of the exact location it is coming from. Officer reports there is a male party working on a car and whenever he gets up to get more tools, the dog whimpers.
