Monday, Sept. 16

12:05 p.m. — Walk-in to the station reports his vehicle was struck while parked at the North Village Smokehouse on Federal Street. Reporting party was advised of options. No surveillance camera footage available.

8:34 p.m. — Report of two or three individuals on bicycles creating a disturbance on O Street. Subjects, estimated to be around 18 years old, are smoking cigarettes by the end of people’s driveways, being loud and swearing at residents. Group was last seen heading toward Montague City Road. Unable to locate.

Tuesday, Sept. 17

8:37 a.m. — Kyle D. Wilson, 35, of Central Street in Turners Falls, was arrested on two warrants on Hillside Avenue.

5:04 p.m. — Caller reporting multiple disturbances at Peskeomskut Park. People publicly drinking at the picnic tables, homeless individuals setting up tents, children having bicycles at the park, people sleeping between cars, and people messing with the wood chips and gravel. Reporting party wants the park monitored at all times. Caller was advised that it is a public park and people are allowed to be there, and that it is monitored regularly. Upon arrival, officer found no one drinking alcohol in public. One male in the bandstand shelter was charging his phone. Officer will recheck Peskeomskut Park later.

9:01 p.m. — Caller reports loud music coming from a tent encampment behind Fifth Street. Parties were advised of the complaint. Music was not loud, barely audible outside the tent.

Wednesday, Sept. 18

7:57 a.m. — Female party from Center Street states she is being harassed by a male party from Global Industries who is leaf blowing at 7 a.m. Leaf blowing woke her up and she wants something done because it keeps occurring.

6:41 p.m. — Walk-in reports receiving a scam email, attempting to get Bitcoin payments. Officer advised.

10:11 p.m. — Caller on Marshall Street reports his car was broken into sometime within the past three hours and a firearm — a 9mm Smith & Wesson — was stolen. Firearm information was entered into the National Crime Information Center database.

10:18 p.m. — Caller reports the traffic cones by the raised plates on Montague City Road have been moved into the breakdown lane and it’s unsafe for bicyclists as they have to go into the roadway to pass. Referred to another agency.

Friday, Sept. 20

9:33 a.m. — Minor fender bender reported at Franklin County Technical School. Parties are dealing with it on their own.

1:01 p.m. — Dalton John Stevens, 33, of Main Road in Gill, was arrested on two warrants on Avenue A. Also arrested were Javier Vargas, 41, of Fifth Street in Turners Falls, on a warrant, and Patrick C. O’Malley, 56, of 11th Street in Turners Falls on a warrant.

Saturday, Sept. 21

9:26 a.m. — Caller is concerned about three kids chasing geese in the Sheffield Elementary School field. Gathering dispersed.

6:02 p.m. — Caller from Third Street reports four teens were swearing at him and throwing a white-handled knife around. They walked off toward the gas station. Teens were throwing a knife at a tree and words were exchanged between the reporting party and the teens. Services rendered.

8:53 p.m. — Employee from Connecticut River Liquors on Avenue A reports larceny of four nips. Suspect left in a white Ford sedan heading toward the Turners Falls-Gill Bridge. Officer to follow up with the owner to view surveillance camera footage.

Sunday, Sept. 22

3:26 a.m. — Females heard yelling back and forth on the phone line, then the call disconnected. Call went to voicemail upon callback. At 3:28 a.m., a second call was received, stating that another female threw bleach at her and it got in her eyes and she can’t see. Kaliegh Ann Brunette, 36, of Westfield, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

1:08 p.m. — Caller on K Street reports his electric bicycle was stolen overnight. It was locked up to a chain link fence behind his house. The bike has the word “Adventure” on the frame.

2:06 p.m. — Walk-in to the station reports someone broke into his truck on Dell Street and stole two Pelican cases with tools in them, along with a drill and batteries. Report taken.
