National Spiritual Alliance holding psychic fair in Lake Pleasant

LAKE PLEASANT — The National Spiritual Alliance is holding a psychic fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Thompson Temple, 2 Montague Ave.

Youth exhibit explores modern-day rural life

TURNERS FALLS — Inspired by the “Crossroads: Change in Rural America” traveling Smithsonian exhibit, “Life is: An Exploration of Being Through the Eyes of Local Young People” will be on display at the Great Falls Discovery Center from March 25 to April 26. The exhibit explores the rural youth experience.

“Created and curated by local Brick House [Community Resource Center] youth, this exhibit, through a variety of mediums, explores their perspectives and experiences living in modern-day rural America,” the event listing reads.

Brick House hosting racial justice talk

TURNERS FALLS — The Brick House Community Resource Center will host a “Racial Justice Conversation Circle” from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, at the Great Falls Discovery Center to discuss ways to make a positive community impact.

Free child care will be provided, as well as free transportation for those who contact Stacey Langknecht, Brick House Parent and Family Program director, by March 24 at 413-800-2496 or slangknecht@brickhousecrc.org.
