ORANGE — An initial presentation of the Ralph C. Mahar Regional School District’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2024 will be held in the school’s library at 6 p.m. on Thursday.

Elizabeth Teahan-Zielinski, superintendent of the Ralph C. Mahar Regional and Union 73 school districts, will deliver most of the presentation, according to Peter Cross, chair of the Mahar School Committee.

“It’s a public presentation so the public knows what we’re striving for,” Cross explained. “There will be questions from the School Committee and from the public.”

Cross said there will be no vote by the School Committee until the meeting slated for April 13.
