While the Youth Center on Washington Street has closed, a truck still arrives there at 4 a.m. every Tuesday to lift and tip the padlocked and presumably empty dumpster and wake the surrounding neighborhood.

Perhaps someone in authority could suspend this service until the dumpster once again has something in it. Greenfield could save some money and neighbors would get more sleep.
