Rayshawn Yarde, 28, of Old Ferry Road, West Chesterfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of a lights violation.

Nicholas H. Rookstool, 20, Aster Court, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Greenfield Police. Court cost of $50 was dismissed. Found not responsible on a charge of a motor vehicle not meeting the Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards.

Kathryn E. Wadleigh, 53, of School Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Shelburne Police, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

William J. Bohonowicz, 70, Main Street, Greenfield. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, fourth or greater offense, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Shelburne Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 25.

Thomas M. Delaney, 60, South Washington State Road, Washington. Charge of possessing unlawful fireworks, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Court cost of $50 was dismissed.

John M. Sulzycki, 64, of Leonard Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, second or greater offense, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted. Defendant was placed on probation until Sept. 3, 2021, with OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50, two years loss of license or until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, and must not have alcohol, with screenings and 14 days of inpatient treatment. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $65 per month must be paid or supplemented with community service.

John M. Sulzycki, 64, of Leonard Street, Greenfield. Charge of miscellaneous municipal ordinance bylaw violations, by Greenfield Police, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Gary H. Gardner, 58, of Park Villa Drive, Turners Falls. Charges of lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 4. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Huy B. Le, 25, of East 10th Street, Long Beach, Calif. Charge of speeding, by Colrain Police. Fined $100, with a $5 surfine, and head injury assessment of $50. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Fined $100. Found not responsible on a charge of unregistered motor vehicle.

Stephen Thompson, 28, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Leyden Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 6, 2020, with a cost of $200. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Qiye Sun, 38, of Hartman Road, Amherst. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Northfield Police. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Miles P. McCloy, 28, of East Hill Road, Leyden. Charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 4, 2020, with a victim witness assessment of $90, substance abuse evaluation and treatment. Charges of possession of a Class C drug, possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class E drug. Three guilty pleas and three guilty findings, with the same conditions as the first two counts. Probation supervision fee of $65 must be continued as needed.

Donald W. Storozuk, 73, of Hadley Road, Sunderland. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Reginald E. Jones, 38, of Jacques Street, Barre, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit.

Carol J. Vanwomer, 44, of Grandview Drive, South Burlington, Vt. Two charges of inhaling glue and a toxic substance, by Greenfield Police. Plead guilty and found guilty. Sentenced to three days in the house of correction, with credit for three days of time served. Charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Sequawn S. Smith, 24, of Washington Street, Greenfield. Charges of possession of Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law. Plead guilty and found guilty. Sentenced to 150 days in the house of correction, with credit. Charge of motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Joseph A. Deshiro, 41, of Anzio Road, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, threat to commit a crime and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Defendant was found guilty with special conditions to complete one year at the house of correction, loss of license until Sept. 8, 2020, no drugs or alcohol while completing screens, pass the portable breathalyzer as required and to complete a certified inmate partners abuse education program.

Carla A. Johnson, 37, of Spring Circle, Winchendon. Charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 1.

Roberto Saez, 42, of West River Street, Orange. Charged with no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 5.

Krista M. Coy, 49, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor, state highway traffic violation and driving at a rate of speed greater than what was reasonable and proper. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 21.

Sean Letarte, 18, of Courser Brook Drive, Byfield. Charged with possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle and OUI-liquor. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.
