Judge Laurie MacLeod Orange, Sept. 13

Hayden M. Manson, 25, of Orange Road, Warwick. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class B drug and OUI-drugs. On the first three counts, sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 14, 2020, with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program, 45-day loss of license, complete drug and alcohol screenings and also complete a 24-question evaluation. Count 4 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Jessica A. Hughes, 28, of Wasa Street, Gardner. Charged with possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class C drug, no inspection sticker and failure to stop/yield. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Nov. 1.

Brian J. Santana, 35, of Freedom Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 27.

Kara D. Simons, 26, of Taylor Hill Road, Montague. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the Commonwealth with a $50 cost. Defendant was found not responsible for Count 2.

Kristen Bisceglia, 31, of Prospect Street, Baldwinville. Charged with operating a motor vehicle unlicensed and only possessing a permit. Arraigned and held. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth with a $10 fee.

Darius M. Sims, 31, of Hartford Court, Boston. Charged with OUI- drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 5.

Charles E. Vasquez, 25, of Gaulin Avenue, Woonsocket, R.I. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations. Arraigned. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth with a $50 cost. Found not responsible for Count 2.

Dannielle F. Geffrard, 31, of White Rock Drive, Windsor, Conn. Charge of willfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Whately by State Police from the Northampton barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 4.

Nicholas Martin, 28, of Graves Apartment, South Deerfield. Charges of vandalizing property, and breaking and entering a building nighttime for felony, by Deerfield Police. Special conditions to stay 100 away from a North Main Street address in South Deerfield, and have no contact with and stay 100 yards away from a named subject, and must not drink alcohol, with screenings. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 5.

Aaron K. Caldwell, 29, of a post office box in Belchertown. Charges of armed robbery, larceny under $1,200 and larceny over $1,200. Bind over hearing set for Oct. 16.

Sally E. Noble, 31, of High Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 present, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 15, 2020, with 45 days loss of license, OUI victim witness assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Alexander R. Trumpolt, 29, of Allen Street, Leominster. Charged with OUI-drugs, serious injury and reckless, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and special regulation speeding violation. Arraigned and held. Released on special conditions to complete drug and alcohol screenings, and not drive a motor vehicle. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 4.

Nicole Thurber, 43, of Chestnut Street, Athol. Charged with failure to stop/yield, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-liquor, a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Found not responsible on Counts 1, 3 and 4. Count 2 had sufficient facts found, but was continued without a finding until March 16, 2020. Found not guilty in a jury trial on Count 3.

Robert L. Chiodo IV, 51, of Bullard Pasture Road, Wendell. Charged with failure to stop for a police officer, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal identification, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle. Counts 2 and 5 were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found responsible on Count 4 and was found guilty on Counts 1 and 3 with $100 in fines.

Coty R. Westort, 29, of High Street, Greenfield. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 15.

Malorie C. Savage, 25, of North Main Street, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed and only having a permit. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 15.

Stephen J. Hale, 40, of Shirley Street, Winthrop. Charged with four counts of violating an abuse prevention order. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 15.

Jan Maienfisch, 31, of Athol. Charged with breaking and entering a building during the night for felony and larceny from the building. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 1.

Bruce M. Carey, 60, of Earl Drive, Athol. Charged with OUI-liquor and a marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 5.

Harry Kennedy, 24, of Cleveland Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 16, 2020, with 45 days loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50 and Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on charges of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit and a marked lanes violation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee is $65 per month.

Baron P. Spencer, 37, of Sanders Street, Athol. Charged with shoplifting by asportation and larceny under $1,200. Arraigned and held. Pretrial conference scheduled for Oct. 18.

Karena S. LeFrancois, 51, of Grove Street, Athol. Charged with threatening to commit a crime and assault with a dangerous weapon. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 1.

Adalcides Baessa, 51, of a post office box in Amherst. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, by Deerfield Police. Fined $100. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Amanda DeWitt, 30, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family/household member, by Greenfield Police. Released on special conditions to not have alcohol, with screenings. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 6. The counsel fee was waived.

Kevin M. Bonfilio, 51, of Grove Street, Northampton. Charges of possession of a Class A drug, larceny over $1,200, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug, by Greenfield Police. Bail set at $1,000 cash. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 2.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, Sept. 19

Jessie E. Davis, 47, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked, by Deerfield Police. Found guilty and placed on probation until Sept. 18, 2020, and must not operate a motor vehicle until license is reinstated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Jessie D. Davis, 47, homeless of Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $1,200, by Sunderland Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted. Placed on pretrial probation until Sept. 18, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50 and six months in the house of correction, suspended for one-year. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee for Sept. 19, and $50 monthly, is required.

Alexander M. Johnson, 22, of Highland Street, Manchester Center, Vt. Charges of arrestee furnishing false identification information to law enforcement, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit and possession of a Class B drug, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Bail set at $1,000 cash, with no prejudice. Pretrial conference set for Oct.16. The counsel fee was waived.

Raymond L. Jones, 65, of Hall Avenue, Greenfield. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 25. The counsel fee was waived.

Paul Phillips, 69, of West High Street, Erving. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Placed on pretrial probation until Sept. 18, 2020. Must take a Safe Driver’s Course, attend and complete the treatment program, and sign releases. OUI victims assessment of $50. Found responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. Fined $100. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Stephen Jackman, 24, of Lilac Court, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on someone 60 or over or disabled with injury, by Greenfield Police. Must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact with the victim. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.

Juan Bermudez, 52, of Catherine Street, Chicopee. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks, were all dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Wilson Ramilio Hernandez-Reyes, 42, of Peck Avenue, West Haven, Conn. Charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Whately by State Police from the Northampton barracks. Fined $100, with Oct. 8 status review for payment. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Christopher J. Trudeau, 46, of Hall Avenue, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family/household member, by Greenfield Police. Must have no contact with and must stay 50 yards away from the victim, and must not have alcohol, with screenings. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.

Deborah A. Schryver, 53, of Riverside Drive, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, by Greenfield Police. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kevin M. Dennehey, 55, of Lawton Drive, Brattleboro, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Fined $100. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of a motor vehicle lights violation.

Luis Padro, 43, of Vernon Street, Holyoke. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Bernardston Police. Fined $100. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit.

John M. Blunt, 29, of Chestnut Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Montague Police. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kevin R. Thibodeau, 26, of Central Street, Athol. Charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Sufficient facts were found for Count 1, but was continued without a finding until March 20, 2020, with special conditions to complete an eight-hour safe driver course with the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Found not responsible for Count 2.

Kevin R. Thibodeau, 26, of Central Street, Athol. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found guilty of Count 2 and placed on probation until March 20, 2020, and must complete an eight-hour safe driver course with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
