Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, Oct. 7

Kimberly L. Jones, 42, of Main Street, Milton, Vt. Charges of trafficking in 18 grams or more or less than 36 gram of methamphetamine and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Bail set at $3,000 cash or $30,000 surety. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 6. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, Oct. 8

Sandra D. Otto, 51, of Columbus Avenue, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Bernardston Police, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of speeding in violation of special regulation.

Robert P. Labossiere, 30, of Aldrich Street, Uxbridge. Charge of resisting arrest, by Sunderland Police. Admission to sufficient fact accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until April 8, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50 and administrative probation. Charges of breaking and entering a building in nighttime for felony and trespassing were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee is $50 for six months.

Judge David Ross Orange, Oct. 8

Marquis L. Newson, 30, of Alabama Street, Ludlow. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The defendant pleaded guilty and was placed on probation until Jan. 7, with special conditions to complete 10 days at the house of correction.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, Oct. 9

Monique D. Melanson, 30, of South Prospect Street, Millers Falls. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Northfield Police. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until Jan. 9, 2020, and must complete the safe driver’s course. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker.

Ronald Thompson, 40, of Smith Street, Greenfield. Charges of no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, by Colrain Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Dec. 6. The counsel fee was waived.
