Andrew Kendall, 28, Morin Street, Dover, N.H. Charges of receiving stolen property under $1,200, possession of a Class B drug and possession a Class E drug, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and found guilty on all three counts. Found not responsible on a charge of unregistered motor vehicle.

Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and a number plate violation, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Dec. 23. The counsel fee was waived.

John Youmell, 38, of Fairview Street East, Greenfield. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Jan. 28, 2020. Must complete the safe driver’s course, with head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee of $50 must be paid monthly, if needed.

Found guilty on Count 2. Count 3 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
