Judge Laurie MacLeod Greenfield, Nov. 7

Misty Jacques, 34, of 13th Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Montague by State Police from the Shelburne barracks, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Daniel J. Provost, 56, of Revere Circle, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery, by Greenfield Police. Defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Nov. 6, 2020. Must undergo an anger management assessment and follow-up. The counsel fee of $150 and counsel contribution of $350 must be paid.

Ethan H. Minor, 19, of Center Road, Gill. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, person under 21 in possession of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and number plate violation to conceal identification. Must not have alcohol and must undergo a substance abuse evaluation. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 6, 2020. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid or changed to community service.

Alexander Rivera, 19, of Conway Road, South Deerfield. Charge of assault and battery in Deerfield by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until May 7, 2020. Must complete mental health treatment as directed, must take medication as prescribed and must stay enrolled in college. Charge of malicious destruction of property over $1,200 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee of $150 and counsel contribution of $150 must be paid.

Antonio R. Bartolon-Perez, 30, of Broadview Heights, Turners Falls. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Defendant was placed on pretrial probation until May 7, 2020. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, Nov. 8

Marvin L. Bazemore, 56, Bugbee Street, White River Junction, Vt. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 8, 2020.

Terrance Burwell, 46, of Pray Drive, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Greenfield Police. Court cost of $100 was dismissed. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker.

Stephen E. Arsenault Jr., 29, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of miscellaneous municipal ordinance bylaw violations. Court cost of $50 was dismissed.

Ryan M. O’Neil, 48, of Oxbow Road, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 10, 2020.

Aaron M. Songer, 32, of West Main Street, Orange. Charged with intoxicated licensee carrying a firearm. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 14, 2020.

Steven France, 37, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charged with possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense, license not in possession, speeding in violation of a special regulation and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found responsible for the remaining three counts, with $350 in fines.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, Nov. 12

Eric K. Bushey, 49, of Riverdale Road, West Springfield. Charges of larceny over $250 from 60 plus disabled and larceny over $1,200 by false pretense, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 10, 2020.

Matthew Jarvis, 42, of South Shelburne Road, Shelburne Falls. Found not responsible on a charge of unregistered motor vehicle. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Court cost of $50 was dismissed.

Eleuterio Santana, 39, of Savoy Avenue, Springfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 12, 2020.

Heriberto Carmona, 64, of Pray Drive, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Dec. 9. The counsel fee was waived

Patrick W. Flanagan, 30, of Federal Street, Montague. Charges of failure to stop or yield, OUI-drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class A drug, by Greenfield Police. Must not use drugs, subject to screenings, and report to probation as directed. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 6, 2020. The counsel fee was waived.

Justin T. Hoehn, 41, of Wisdom Way, Greenfield. Two charges of violating an abuse prevention order. Bail of $10,000 cash, without prejudice. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 6, 2020.
