Charge of OUI-liquor, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until May 28, 2020, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50 and Driver Alcohol Education Program, with evaluation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and failure to stop or yield. The probation supervision fee of $65 per month will be paid monthly.

William W. Reipold, 50, of Pine Hill Road, Bernardston. Two charges of violating harassment prevention orders, by Montague Police. Bail of $100 cash. Pretrial conference set for June 13.

Charles T. Richardson, 38, of Farren Street, Greenfield. Charge of violating an abuse prevention order, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Nov. 29, with a victim witness assessment of $50. Subject to continue with current counseling, must abide by 209A, and Certified Batterer’s program waived. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The probation supervision fee of $65 will be paid monthly.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 34, listed as homeless of Greenfield. Charges of larceny from a person, and improper use under $1,200. Bail set at $100 cash. Pretrial conference set for June 21. The counsel fee was waived.
