Judge David RossOrange, June 7

Frederick L. Maguire, 39, of Mount Warner Road, Hadley. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 2.

Brittany L. Babbie, 25, of Daniel Street, Indian Orchard. Charged with larceny under $1,200. Pretrial hearing, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Dec. 6. Restitution was ordered to be paid in the amount of $389.68.

Kyle M. Thibault, 33, of Brookfield Road, South Barre. Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug and carrying a dangerous weapon. Arraigned and held. $15,000 cash bail set. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 16.

Jeremiah P. Wrath, 24, of Main Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery on a household/family member. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for July 9.

Bryce M. Cass, 29, of Old Keene Road, Athol. Charged with assault and battery, wanton destruction of property under $1,200 and threat to commit a crime. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for July 19.

Geneva Hobbs, 21, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Arraigned and held. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until Sept. 3. Special condition to complete anger management.

Ryan W. Erickson, 27, of Greenwood Street, Gardner. Charged with trespassing. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 5.

Gudradur D. Lamie, 34, of Laurel Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and no inspection sticker. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Aug.12.

Vladimir Delvalle, 28, of Gibson Drive, Athol. Charged with violating an abuse protection order. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Aug. 9.

Adam D. Kingsley, 22, of Petersham Road, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing set for July 19.

Christi L. Newton, 42, of School Street, Athol. Charged with receipt of stolen credit card and improper use of a credit card under $1,200. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing set for July 8.

Judge Karen Goodwin Greenfield, June 14

Daniel M. Currier, 40, of Ammonoosuc Street, Woodsville, N.H. Charge of a marked lanes violation, driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for July 17. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The counsel contribution of $50 was also set.

Alicia Locke, 36, of Hartford Avenue, White River Junction, Vt. Charge of possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law. Released on personal recognizance, with special condition of weekly calls to probation. Pretrial conference set for July 12.

Griffin Donta, 22, of North Main Street, South Deerfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member. Bail set as $1,000 cash (already posted). Pretrial conference set for July 30. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The counsel contribution of $50 was also set.

Robert F. Messier Jr., 27, of Burts Pit Road, Florence. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Gill by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Court costs were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Norma I. Rivera, 52, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Charge of inhaling glue or a toxic substance, by Greenfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. The counsel fee was waived.
