Issak A. Reinikainen, 20, of Gay Street, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and person under 21 in possession of liquor. Event was resolved with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program and loss of license for 210 days. All other charges were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Christopher Jellison, 34, of Stone Valley Road, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and unregistered motor vehicle. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Sept.17.

Cassandra R. Walsh, 57, of South Main Street, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 2.

Melanie A. Kazanowski, 48, of Townsend Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 16.

Ann M. Rzepka, 48, of Warwick Road, Winchester, N.H. Charged with OUI-liquor, second offense, operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 30.

Amanda K. Hardy, 33, of 4th Street, Turners Falls. Charged with trafficking firearms and four counts of unlicensed sale of a firearm. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 5.

Erica Hammersley, 28, of Royalston Road, Phillipston. Charged with shoplifting by asportation and Class A drug possession. Defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Dec. 19 and is to remain at Victory House.

Ryan S. Bourgeois, 25, of West Main Street, Barre. Charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 2.

Brody T. Regienus, 24, of Harvard Avenue, Athol. Charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 2.

Jacob A. Clark, 21, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with serious injury and neglect while operating under the influence of drugs, traffic violation on a state highway, driving at a speed greater than what was reasonable and proper, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 30.

Joshuah D. Pugh, 38, of Grove Street, Athol. Charged with resisting arrest. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 30.

Charles E. Wright Jr., 30, of School Street, Athol. Charged with two counts of assault and battery. Event was resolved with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Dec. 20. Special conditions include a mental health evaluation and follow-up along with no further abuse of the victim.

Michael Michelin, 40, of Lyonsville, Colrain. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and the motor vehicle being uninsured. All charges were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Jadiel Rodriguez, 21, of Birch Street, Worcester. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 20.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, June 24

Amanda F. Wilkins, 33, of Main Street, East Poultney, Vt. Changes of failing to stop or yield, possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, trafficking in 18 grams or more or less then 36 grams of cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Whately by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Bail of $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety. Bind over hearing set for July 25. The counsel fee was waived.

Katelyn M. Gralinski, 34, of North Street, South Deerfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Deerfield Police. Released with condition to not operate a motor vehicle. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 1.

Keith R. Lapan, 58, of Hayden Street, Orange. Charged with a marked lanes violation and OUI-liquor, third offense. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance with special conditions of not consuming alcohol, with screenings, no driving a motor vehicle and no sitting in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 26.

Timothy P. Patterson, 55, of Athol. Charged with larceny by check under $1,200, forgery of a check, uttering a false check and two counts of attempting to commit a crime. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 30.

Tina Jarvenpaa, 44, of Anzio Road, Athol. Charged with Class A drug possession. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 12.

Amanda Card, 26, of New Salem Road, Wendell. Charged with Class A drug possession. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12.

Jai K. Dhanram, 41, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with Class B drug possession. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 12.

Kaitlyn M. Miller, 38, of Bayberry Lane, Hadley. Charge of a marked lane violation, by Montague Police. Found not responsible. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Pablo Claudio, 33, of Linnmore Street, Hartford, Conn. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Found not responsible on a charge of a motor vehicle brakes violation.

Jason P. Bowers, 44, of Laurel Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Charges were dismissed without prejudice.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, June 26

Cole Youngblood, 34, Hope Street, Greenfield. Charge of altering, forging or counterfeiting a lottery ticket and larceny over $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until June 24, 2020. Victim witness assessment for $50, must complete 30 hours of community service and must make restitution of $1,170 to be paid at $100 per month. The counsel fee of $150 and monthly probation supervision fee of $50 must be paid.

Matthew S. Badore, 40, of Pond Street, Greenfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 29.

Thomas J. Gilson, 29, of South Athol Road, Athol. Charges of larceny under $1,200 and improper use of a credit card, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 25, 2020. Victim witness assessment of $50 and $600 restitution to be paid at $50 per month. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $50 must be paid monthly.

Arben Konjuhi, 22, of South Main Street, Athol. Charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for July 8.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, June 27

Devin Scott, 23, of Sunset Street, Windsor Locks, Conn. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 26, 2020. Forty-five days loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50 and must complete the Driver Alcohol Education program. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were both dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of a motor vehicle lights violation. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

Randy Tidlund, 28, of Taylor Hill Road, Montague. Charge of larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 7. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Jonathan Mathieu, 34, of 4th Street, Turners Falls. Charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 7. The counsel fee of $150 and counsel contribution of $50 must be paid.

Devin Duca, 21, of Old Brattleboro Road, Ninsdale, N.H. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Found not responsible on a charge of failure to stop or yield.

Tiffany Johnson, 43, of Sunrise Terrace, Turners Falls. Charge of assault and battery on a person age 60 or over or disabled, by Montague Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 7.

Christian McLoughlin, 25, of Frederick Road, Greenfield. Charge of no inspection sticker. Fine of $25.
